This magazine is dedicated to anyone on the web who hasn't had the time to enjoy, or never found interest in downloading/purchasing, a video game to their PC. Sorry, anyone looking for any information on console games will be very disappointed and will waste a great deal of time here. This magazine is dedicated to the FPS(first person shooter) genere of games so all kids please have parents discrestion. Why you may ask? Well for starters not everyone has the funds to buy one of those great new consoles, that only give the user a couple of great hardware pieces the user has paid for! What "that" is are the latest, and greatest graphics. PC's have been offering for years, those great "eye-popping" graphics. Oh, they have also offered larger hard-drives for longer periods, and those games are developed on your favorite web-surfing machine, or another great "Pro" of owning a personal computer.

The internet is what has really changed the gaming scene. Truth be told I've personally played multiplayer FPS's since Counter-Strike 1.0. For those first non-gamers to the magazine, you will find more about that title in the Previews section of the site. Now I know this seems like a generalized category that I'm talking about, but it will all fit together once you make it to the bottom of the paragraph! I have nothing against other titles, I have just found that as a gamer those are the games that I've found most enjoyment out of. Once you preview the full magazine I'm hoping that you won't have a biased opinion about the activity, such as it corrupts our youth, if anything I always found it to be a great activity when I'm irritated or angered from work. If anything browse some other great gaming magazines, and find your true genre to feel the great enjoyment of putting the ownage to your opponent!

This is the almighty Steam logo. Steam is an electronic software distribution, also known as a digital delivery. It was developed by Valve Corporation™ which is also known for great titles like the one above and the all classic Half-Life series. They also devloped the awesome gaming engine known as Source. Steam allows users not only to manage a number of different games, some not even developed by Valve Corporation™, and even download those games with the required key-codes. There will be plenty of friends to make if anyone is like me and lacks social skills, why'd I mention? Well as of February 18, 2008, there were fifteen-million active accounts. If you are a gamer then you already know how inconvient it is to search for updates or patch files. With Steam you're already covered because it automatically handles this annoying task for you! Also, ever hate losing a game disc due to physical damage? With Steam that is never the case because the games are actually associated with the account not the computer. Back to the games though, which Steam as over two-hundred and fifty titles to choose from! That's right you can game from any machine as long as the Steam client is installed! Go ahead and look around, find out about some Inernet cafe's and some great titles to get you started.
